The website, app and ground are operated by RZ Cricket Ground, Cricket Ground, RZ, near Ullaria, opposite Gokuldham, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382210("RZ", "we", "us"). "You" means the person making the booking or payment, and the players they bring.

We rent out a floodlit cricket ground by the hour for matches, practice, corporate games and tournaments, and run player registrations for cricket auctions. Add-ons (equipment and similar extras) can be added to a booking at the price shown. We do not sell or ship physical products.

• You sign in with your Indian mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. Keep the code private.
• Give your real name, mobile number and email. We use them to confirm and manage your bookings.
• You are responsible for bookings made from your account. The person booking must be 18 or older.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and depend on the date, start time, duration, ball type and any add-ons. The full price is shown before you pay; the price at the time of booking applies.
• Day and night (floodlit) hours can have different rates. A booking that runs past the night start is charged at each rate for the hours in it.
• A slot is yours only after the booking is accepted as described below. We may decline a booking, for example if the slot was just taken; any amount paid is then refunded in full.
• Corporate and tournament bookings may be quoted separately in writing; the quote then applies.

• Online bookings require an advance, shown at checkout before you pay. It is either a fixed amount or a percentage of the booking total. The slot is held for a few minutes while you pay; if the advance is not paid in that time, the request lapses and the slot is released.
• Once the advance is paid you get a booking number on screen and by email. Depending on the booking, it is confirmed at once or after a quick check by our ground team; the status is always shown in your booking and in My Profile.
• The balance is paid at the ground (cash or UPI) before play starts, or online from My Profile. An invoice is available from the ground team on request.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking details.

Cancellations, no-shows, rain and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Arrive on time. Play must finish within your booked hours so the next team can start on time; time lost to a late start is not added at the end.
• Follow the instructions of the ground staff, including on safety, the pitch, floodlights and parking.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your players and guests, and for any damage they cause to the ground, nets, lights or equipment.
• Alcohol, drugs, smoking on the field, abusive behaviour and anything unlawful are not allowed. Staff may stop play and ask anyone breaking these rules to leave, without a refund.
• Cricket carries a risk of injury. Players take part at their own risk and should use proper protective gear.

Tournament and auction pages show their own format, dates, fees and rules; those apply in addition to these terms. Auction player registration fees are paid online through Razorpay. Organisers may accept or decline a registration according to the published rules.

We may photograph or film matches for our gallery, Hall of Fame and social media. If you do not want to appear, tell the ground staff or email us and we will not use, or will remove, images of you.

We take reasonable care to keep the ground safe and ready for play. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for personal injury during play (except where caused by our negligence), for loss of or damage to your belongings, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Content on this website and app belongs to RZ Cricket Ground. Do not misuse the booking system, for example by automated bookings, false details or attempts to interfere with payments. We may suspend accounts that do.

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues are solved with a phone call.
