Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, mobile number and email address.
• Booking details: dates, times, ball type, add-ons, team or company name, notes you add, amounts paid and due, and the booking history.
• Payment details: the payment reference, amount, status and method from Razorpay. We do not receive or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking passwords; these are handled by Razorpay.
• Auction player profiles: photo, date of birth, city and playing role, if you register for an auction.
• Login codes: one-time codes are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form and expire after 5 minutes.
• Device and usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser or app version, errors) to keep the service secure, and a notification token if you allow app notifications.

• To sign you in, take and confirm bookings, hold your slot and collect payments.
• To send booking emails, status updates, reminders before your game and app notifications.
• To show auction player profiles to auction organisers and, where the auction is public, on the auction page.
• To keep accounts and invoices, as required by law.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to fix problems.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Only with service providers who help us run the service, and only what they need:

• Razorpay (payment processing).
• Our SMS provider (sending login codes to your mobile number).
• Our email provider (booking and status emails).
• Google Firebase (app notifications) and Google Maps (the map on our site).
• Our hosting provider (servers that store the data).

We may also share data when the law, a court or a government authority requires it.

The website stores small items in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your booking choices. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing your browser data signs you out.

We keep your account and bookings while your account is active. Payment and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Unpaid booking requests are deleted automatically, and login codes stop working after 5 minutes.

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to the admin panel is restricted to authorised staff, and payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

You can delete your account yourself at any time on the Delete Account page or in the app (Profile, then Delete account). You can also ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing booking@rzcricketground.com. We reply within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or over. Auction profiles for players under 18 must be registered by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian.
