Cancellation & Refund Policy

Call or WhatsApp +91 98245 93189 or email booking@rzcricketground.com with your booking number. The time we receive your request is the time used below. We reply with a confirmation of the cancellation.

• 24 hours or more before the booked start time: the full advance (and anything else you paid) is refunded.
• Less than 24 hours before the start time, or if you don't turn up: the advance is not refunded, because the slot can rarely be re-let at such short notice. Any balance you had already paid beyond the advance is refunded.
• Tournaments and multi-day bookings: the 24-hour rule applies to the first day of play.
• Changing the date or time is treated as a cancellation and a new booking, subject to availability.

If we cancel your booking, or play cannot start because of rain, an unplayable ground, floodlight or power failure, or maintenance, you choose either a full refund of everything you paid for that booking or a free reschedule to another available slot. Our ground team decides whether conditions are playable.

If you start an online booking but do not pay the advance in time, the request lapses and nothing is charged. If money left your account for a payment that failed or was not linked to a booking, it is refunded in full, usually automatically by your bank or Razorpay.

Player registration fees for auctions are refunded in full if the auction is cancelled or your registration is not accepted. Otherwise they are not refundable after registration, unless that auction's published rules say so.

• Approved refunds are started within 2 working days of approval.
• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account) through Razorpay. The money usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
• Payments made at the ground in cash or UPI are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to you.
• We do not charge any cancellation fee beyond what is described above.
