Delete your RZ Cricket Ground account and the personal data linked to it. This covers both the website and the RZ Cricket app.

In the app: open Profile and tap Delete account.

What is deleted

  • Your name, mobile number and email address
  • Your player profile and photo (auctions)
  • Notification tokens for your devices, and any login codes

This happens straight away.

What we keep, and why

Records of past bookings and payments (date, slot, amounts and Razorpay payment reference) are kept for 8 years because Indian tax law requires it. They are no longer linked to your name, number or email.

Upcoming bookings

If you have a booking that hasn't been played yet, cancel it first (see the cancellation policy) or call +91 98245 93189. Then delete your account.

Can't receive the code?

Email booking@rzcricketground.com from the address on your account, or WhatsApp us from the registered number, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
